Proud to share that Airport Retail Group (Australia) is supporting our local community with a $5,000 pledge to The Common Good through The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation.
The Prince Charles Hospital in Chermside is not only our local hospital – it’s one of Australia’s leading heart hospitals and is home to Queensland’s second busiest emergency department. It’s a place that plays a critical role in the lives of our customers, employees, suppliers, the airport community, and our own families.
These funds will help support a project at the frontline of patient care, helping to provide comfort packs for elderly patients admitted in emergency situations – many of whom arrive with nothing of their own. A small but powerful gesture, these packs provide dignity and comfort during what can often be a distressing and lengthy hospital stay.
We’re stronger together, so I’m encouraging all our suppliers, partners, and network to join us in backing this initiative. Plus, with end of financial year approaching, it’s an opportunity to consider making it a tax-deductible contribution.
