We’re proud to announce that we have joined The Common Good’s 40 Clubs Doing Good Initiative for 2026.
As one of a special group of 40 local clubs and community organisations, Megan Gaea is committed to making a positive impact in our community. We are calling on our members, friends and families to help make a real difference by supporting our fundraising efforts as part of The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation’s 40 Schools, 40 Clubs, One Community Program. In doing so you will help us to care for the hospital that cares for our local community The Prince Charles Hospital. Every dollar raised will directly support patient care and vital medical research. So, get on board, show your support, and help us do good in our community.

40 Year Anniversary Gala Fundaiser
Tuesday 16th Jun
Sometimes this work gives back in ways you don't expect.
Late last year, I created The Jacaranda Collection and a 40th-anniversary commemorative piece for The Common Good, an initiative of The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation.
It was one of those projects that mattered beyond the making.
This morning, I met with Zed, their Community Engagement and Events Coordinator, who presented me with a Certificate of Recognition for that work. I am genuinely humbled and incredibly grateful to receive it.
Alongside the recognition was a message from the Governor of Queensland, Her Excellency Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM, acknowledging the Foundation's remarkable contribution to Queensland over the past 40 years.
The Foundation has spent four decades supporting The Prince Charles Hospital and Caboolture Hospital, investing in life-saving cardiac and lung research, mental health initiatives, healthy ageing, and patient care. Over that period, more than $78 million has been invested to improve health outcomes for Queenslanders.
Our little Jacaranda Collection and Commemorative Piece contributed $485 to that work, and every dollar does make a difference.
This relationship isn't ending here, either.
This spring, I'll be releasing The Jacaranda Collection: In Bloom, the next chapter in this ongoing collaboration with The Common Good. I can't wait to share what's coming.
In the meantime, The Jacaranda Collection: After Dark is still available in very limited numbers. 20% of every sale goes directly to The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation.
To Zed, The Common Good, and everyone at The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation, thank you. Thank you for the recognition, for the work you do every day, and for allowing MeganGaea to play a small part in something that has such a profound impact on so many lives.

Welcome!
Tuesday 16th Jun
Hi! I'm Meg.
MeganGaea began with a love of creating beautiful handmade bags, but it has also become an opportunity to give back to causes that touch so many families.
As a wife, mother of five boys, and small business owner in Brisbane, I know how precious good health is and how quickly life can change. The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation supports world-class research, life-saving equipment, and compassionate patient care that makes a real difference to people in our community.
Through MeganGaea, I hope to combine my love of creating with my desire to help others. Every donation, no matter how big or small, helps support patients and families when they need it most.
Thank you for visiting my page and for supporting both my small business and this incredible cause.
Together, we can make a difference.
